If that does’t work try removing ram and reinstall. I got the same problem, no beep, blinking screen, though the HD sounds like its being accessed. I left my comp off and now it won’t ‘turn on’.

Mothrboard various reconfigs with on-board video and also pci video card, and symptoms are same,ie no beep to show end of post, and monitor power led just blinks at you. Anyone have any ideas? Hi, I also have the same problem my disk drives will not open and the boot process wont start. Posted on Jan 27, So I turned it 90degrees and fired it back up. I tried the new power supply remove everything, and reset on board battery.

Posted on Sep 24, If you have only one stick you can replace it with another one, you can find compatible RAM sticks in your motherboard’s manual; if you have two or more RAM sticks, you lntel try connecting one at a time and see what happens, maybe only one of them is unusable but the other desktip still works fine.

No circuts could have been fried because the PC was disconnected from power at the time of install, and had been for a while, so all the capacitors had be discharged. motherbozrd Do you start up the computer when you put the jumper settings to 2 and 3 then shut it off before you put it back to the 1 and 2 possition? It boots up on the first try without video all fans on for a few second, then it turns off. How can this be resolved.
